Quite comfortable experience there. Famous and great venue, nothing too much trouble. Great location for visiting bars and restaurants. Cooperative staff, reasonably spacious double room.

The staff here are friendly and the breakfast offers a variety of coffee and tea options.

Location close enough to restaurants and a bar, numerous tourist places of the city and nearby attractions. Plus, 10 minutes drive from St Doulagh's Church. A good choice of goodies for breakfast...

My recent stay at this hotel was unexpectedly fantastic! the room I booked was a family room that exceeded my expectations. It had two sections, two air conditioners, fans, and two toilets. the common area was equipped with a sofa, table, and entertainment features, including a smart TV with internet access through a wifi router inside the room. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious vegetarian dishes that even my kids enjoyed. the staff, both from room service and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. It was refreshing to see such a high level of service and attention to detail.

Despite my overall positive experience, there were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the initial formalities at the reception took longer than expected, which caused a delay in our plans.
